Reading an archive

Every archived bookmark can be read without the original site.

The reader

Open in the reader on a bookmark shows its archived text at full width, with the title, the site, and the author where the page named one. Back or the Escape key returns you to the bookmark in the library.

The PDF

The PDF tab shows the archived copy of the whole page, laid out as it looked when it was saved. Use it when the page's layout matters, such as a table, a chart, or a recipe card.

Privacy

Every archive belongs to your account, and no one else can open it. The text, the PDF, the thumbnail, and the images are all served from Keepsake, so reading a kept page never contacts the original site.
